By accessing or using Support My Run, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Access is provided through email-based magic links and secure session cookies.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You may not share account access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

Charity registrations are subject to review and approval before an account becomes active on the platform.

• Charities must be legitimate nonprofit or charitable organizations authorized to fundraise.
• We may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
• Charities are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, campaign settings, and communications with runners.

• Runners must select an approved charity or follow the process for unlisted charity requests.
• Fundraising pages must accurately represent the runner's campaign and chosen charity.
• Runners are responsible for content they upload, including photos, headlines, and mission statements.
• Runners must comply with applicable fundraising laws and event rules in their jurisdiction.

Support My Run provides tools to promote and track fundraising activity. Payment processing, payout timing, and tax treatment may depend on the charity's configuration and applicable law.

• Displayed totals and statistics are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to reconciliation.
• Charities and runners must not misrepresent fundraising progress or the use of donated funds.
• We may suspend campaigns that appear fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

Quiz-based fundraising events linked to runner campaigns are intended for entertainment and charitable support.

Participation rules, prizes, and eligibility may vary by campaign. Users must follow the instructions presented for each event.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, infrastructure, or other users' experience.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access beyond what we explicitly permit.

The Support My Run name, branding, software, and platform content are owned by Level 4 Entertainment or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Level 4 Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Support My Run.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We may terminate or restrict access for users who violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or its community.
